3 Month Program
♥ Six, 50 minute sessions, every other week for the duration of three months
♥ I’ll hold space for you to be vulnerable and experiment with what works for YOU
♥ I will hold you accountable for everything we plan to take action on, and encourage and
support you every step of the way
♥You will have the option to communicate with me anytime between sessions via text and email
♥Together we will find food freedom, and you will learn how to eat to fuel YOUR specific body and needs. You’ll receive easy and delicious recipes, and discover what truly makes you feel good
♥You’ll learn tools for adding movement into your life, managing stress and anxiety, balancing
hormones, gaining energy, and so much more
6 Month Program
♥Twice the duration, double the accountability, double the mentoring, extra time to lay out food plans, and an even deeper dive into this transformational journey
♥12, 50 minute sessions, every other week for the duration of six months
♥ I’ll hold space for you to be vulnerable and experiment with what works for YOU
♥ I will hold you accountable for everything we plan to take action on, and encourage and
support you every step of the way
